How do I send a bulk email to people who have submitted a form?

While you can send automatic responses when people submit your forms, you cannot send follow-up emails to people who have submitted a form directly from the Forms plugin in Company Cloud.

We recommend, however, that you export your entries for use in a dedicated e-mail campaign system, such as Mailchimp or Mailerlite. Exporting entries gives you a .csv file that can be used in virtually any system.

Both of the above (and many more) have additional extensions with the Forms plugin so that you can send new entries directly to lists on the respective service. That way you don’t have to export-import manually.
